Refund and Cancellation Policy

Beta access

During free beta access, no payment is collected through MailOdi, so no refund is required.

Future paid subscriptions

When paid plans launch, users will be able to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly offered at checkout.

Refund requests

For the first paid launch, MailOdi plans to review refund requests case by case, especially for duplicate payments, accidental charges, or technical access failures. Requests should be sent within 7 days of payment to iamwasifali9734@gmail.com.

Processing time

If a refund is approved, processing time will depend on the payment gateway and banking partner. Typical processing may take 5 to 10 business days.
