Data deletion
Delete MailOdi data or disconnect Gmail.
Last updated: 9 July 2026. This page explains how to remove MailOdi's access to Gmail and delete data stored by MailOdi.
Disconnect Gmail access
You can revoke MailOdi's Gmail access at any time from your Google Account. Open your Google Account security settings, go to third-party app access or connected apps, choose MailOdi, and remove access. This stops future Gmail syncing but does not delete records already stored in MailOdi.
Delete MailOdi account data
Signed-in users can open MailOdi settings and use the privacy/data controls to delete MailOdi-held data. This deletion removes MailOdi user records, encrypted Gmail tokens, Gmail message records stored by MailOdi, commitments, preferences, feedback, and related app data from MailOdi systems.
If you cannot access your account, email iamwasifali9734@gmail.com from the Gmail address connected to MailOdi and request account deletion.
What deletion does not do
Deleting MailOdi data does not delete your Google Account, your Gmail mailbox, or emails inside Gmail. It only deletes data stored by MailOdi. You remain responsible for managing or deleting emails directly inside Gmail.
Processing time
Self-service deletion is designed to run immediately. Manual deletion requests are reviewed during beta support hours and are typically handled within 1 to 7 business days. Some minimal records may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or payment records once paid billing is enabled.
